Firstly, The packaging machinery market is poised for significant growth in the coming years. Driven by advancements in technology, changing consumer preferences, and rising environmental awareness, this industry is witnessing a paradigm shift. The global market is expected to expand at a robust CAGR, reaching an estimated figure by 2024.
Next comes the material filling part. For coffee packaging, coffee powder or coffee beans are accurately conveyed to the middle position of the unfolded packaging film through the quantitative conveying device. This quantitative conveying device will accurately control the amount of materials to be put in according to the preset packaging weight or volume by using methods such as screw metering and electronic scale metering to ensure that the weight of each package of coffee is consistent.
Then it enters the sealing process. When the materials are in the middle of the film, the four-side sealing device of the packaging machine starts to work. Usually, through heat sealing technology, the heat sealing knives on the four sides (upper, lower, left, and right) tightly seal the film together under the control of certain temperature, pressure, and time. The temperature of the heat sealing knives is generally precisely controlled by heating elements, and the pressure is provided by mechanical devices or pneumatic devices to ensure that the film adheres under appropriate pressure, making the seal firm and flat, effectively preventing coffee leakage and also blocking external air and moisture from entering the inside of the packaging.
After the sealing is completed, the packaging machine cuts the already sealed continuous packaging tape into individual four-side sealed packages according by the preset packaging size through the cutting device, thus completing the coffee packaging process. The whole process is a highly automated and continuous operation that can package a large number of coffee products quickly and efficiently.
