Applications
Designed for the health nutrition, beverage, and personal care industries, the 180DG is ideal for packaging products such as goji berry concentrate, Rosa roxburghii juice, sea buckthorn puree, functional beverages, enzyme drinks, laundry detergent, hand soap, and other liquid or semi-liquid products.
The machine supports a variety of pouch formats, including shaped pouches, shaped stand-up pouches, and flat pouches, providing excellent flexibility for premium packaging applications.
Key Features
- Engineered specifically for uniquely shaped packaging, including bottle-shaped pouches, animal-shaped pouches, curved-waist pouches, fruit-shaped pouches, and other customized designs. Dedicated tooling and precision positioning systems ensure smooth pouch edges, accurate artwork alignment, and consistent sealing quality.
- Equipped with a rotary gripper system that gently and accurately picks and transfers premade shaped pouches. Combined with vacuum pouch-opening detection, the machine effectively prevents filling errors caused by unopened or misaligned pouches.
- High Filling Accuracy:The machine can be configured with servo pumps, piston pumps, or flow meters according to product characteristics, delivering excellent filling performance. For liquid products, filling accuracy can reach ±1 ml.
- Fast Changeover:Quick-release tooling design enables rapid format changes, with mold replacement completed in 20 minutes or less, making the machine particularly suitable for multi-SKU production and customized brand packaging.

Compact five-station design:Compared to conventional 8-station bag-feeding packaging machines, the 240NG-5 is streamlined to 5 core stations (bag pickup → bag opening → filling → sealing → output). Approximately 30% smaller footprint than conventional eight-station models
Economically Practical: While ensuring a stable production capacity of 30-50 bags per minute, the overall procurement cost is approximately 15%-20% lower than that of 8-station models, making it particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises or OEMs with limited budgets and compact utetheisa kong space.

Applications
Primarily used for stick packaging products, such as powder stick packs (coffee powder, probiotic powder), granule stick packs (sugar, seeds), liquid stick packs (honey, jam), and paste stick packs (ointment, mouthwash). Widely applied in industries including food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, and veterinary medicine.

- Integrated Bag Making and Filling Machine: The entire process, from automatic bag making from roll film, longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, filling, cutting to finished product output, operates continuously with high speed and stability, achieving a typical speed of 60-120 bags per minute.
- Specialized Stick Packaging: Utilizes a vertical film feeding method where the film material is conveyed vertically from top to bottom, making it suitable for small-dose, elongated packaging. Equipped with photoelectric color mark tracking to ensure precise pattern and cursor alignment.
- Flexible Metering: Depending on material characteristics, options include screw metering (for powders), piston pumps (for liquids), measuring cups (for granules), or electronic scales (for large granules), with filling accuracy meeting industry standards.
- Compact and Easy to Operate: The machine features a compact structure and centralized touchscreen control.

4. New Facility, New Opportunities
As part of our continued growth and commitment to customers worldwide, Huapack has officially relocated from Huachang Road, Songjiang District, to our new manufacturing facility on Xiangche Road.This move represents an important milestone in our development and reflects our long-term investment in intelligent manufacturing and customer service excellence.
The new facility spans approximately 6,000 square meters and is located within a 44-acre industrial park, offering a modern production environment and convenient transportation access. The upgraded plant features optimized manufacturing and assembly workshops, dedicated R&D and testing areas, as well as enhanced customer reception and demonstration facilities. With the introduction of advanced manufacturing and inspection equipment, Huapack has further strengthened its capabilities in packaging machinery development, precision manufacturing, and complete turnkey line integration.
