—Huacheng export shipping process
Complete producing a packing machine does not mean completing the delivery.
For a packaging machine destined for overseas, the real test begins the moment it leaves the workshop. Weeks at sea, multiple transshipments, temperature fluctuations, humidity, salt spray, and constant vibration—If anything goes wrong at any stage the customer receives damaged equipment.
That is why Huacheng treats shipping as a mandatory exam—from wooden box to container loading, from customs declaration to arrival at port, every step has a standard, an owner, and a records.
First Line of Defense: Export-grade wooden box—not ordered randomly
Before leaving the factory, export grade fumigation free wooden box should be customized according to the size and weight of the model.
The box adopts high-strength multi-layer board, and the load-bearing design meets the weight requirements of the equipment; Fill the space between the equipment and the box with shock-absorbing and buffering materials; Place desiccants inside the box to prevent moisture during sea transportation. The wooden box material meets the ISPM 15 international plant quarantine standard and can be cleared without fumigationCustomer Value: Wooden boxes are not ordered randomly – every piece of board and every buffer is made according to export standards.
Second Line of Defense: Vacuum packaging—Unbox It Exactly as It Left the Factory

For precision equipment and control systems, vacuum sealing is applied before the wooden box is sealed.
The main body of equipment is vacuum-sealed to block out air and moisture; electrical cabinets and precision components are individually vacuum-packed; cooperate with anti-rust treatment to ensure it is not corroded by salt spray during sea transportation. After arriving at the customer’s site, it can be opened and used immediately without the need for rust removal treatment..
Customer Value: Weeks at sea, the equipment remains in factory-fresh condition upon unboxing.
Third Line of Defense: Wrapped reinforcement—protection against dust and scratches

After the wooden box packaging is completed, the outside is wrapped with film packaging.
Full-body wrapping keeps dust and rain out during transport, increases surface friction to facilitate forklift handling, working together with strapping bands — keeps the wooden bx from splitting or coming apart.
Customer Value: Multi-layered protection ensures your machine reaches port looking as good as new
Fourth Line of Defense: Fixed in the container, without movement inside the container

The container loading stage is critical to the safety of equipment transport.
Huacheng develops specialized securing plans based on equipment dimensions and container types: using timber supports and blocks between the machine base and the container floor;
securing the equipment to the container structure with professional-grade straps; anti-collision corner guards protect critical areas; and filling the gaps in the container to prevent shifting or collisions during transit.
Customer Value: The equipment remains completely stationary inside the container, ensuring peace of mind upon arrival and opening.
Fifth Line of Defense: Clear Shipping Marks—Smooth Customs Clearance

Each equipment’s outer box is marked with a shipping mark, according to international standards, featuring complete information and clear labeling.
The consignee information, contract number, container number, equipment name, model, quantity, gross weight, net weight, external dimensions, destination port, country of origin identification, as well as transportation labels such as moisture-proof, upward, and fragile, should be clearly marked one by one.
Customer Value: Standardized shipping marks ensure smooth customs clearance upon arrival without delays.
Sixth Line of Defense: Container type matching—No Wasted Freight Costs
Based on equipment quantity and dimensions, we select the best container solution for each customer.
20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, open-top, flat rack — HUAPACK pre-calculates the loading plan and lays out the container interior for maximum space utilization, preventing issues where equipment might not fit on-site. Work with your nominated forwarder or ours — the choice is yours.
Customer Value: The right container choice eliminates wasted freight costs and ensure no rework during container loading.
Seventh Line of Defense: Full-Transit insurance—Risk is cover
Huacheng provides full cargo transportation insurance for export equipment
Coverage the entire process—sea, land, and multimodal transport—with the insured amount set at the full value of the equipment. In the event of transit damage, we assist you through the claims process. Insurance documents are provided together with the complete set of export paperwork.
Customer Value: If the worst happens, insurance has your back — the risk isn’t yours to carry.
Eighth Line of Defense: Full-Transit Tracking
