“Hardcore” Upgrade of 6,000 sqm Factory: Enhanced Capacity and Corporate Image
Huapack’s new facility is located in the 44-acre industrial park at No. 528 Xiangche Road, Songjiang District. Situated in the core area of a convenient transportation network formed by the G15 Shenyang-Haikou Expressway, S32 Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway, and G60 Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway, this location greatly facilitates logistics for complete equipment and customer visits in the Yangtze River Delta region. Notably, after full completion, the new factory will feature advanced processing workshops, high-spec assembly lines, an intelligent warehousing system, and modern office & R&D areas.
The expansion of the factory area marks a significant step for Huapack into a high-end, intelligent, and green development phase. Taking this opportunity, the company will continue to optimize its product structure by integrating automated conveying systems and shop floor information interconnection technology into the entire production and assembly process. Consequently, Huapack’s capability to design and deliver integrated solutions for powders, granules, unique bag-in-bag packaging, and liquid filling lines will be significantly enhanced.
Empowering the Health & Nutrition and Food Industries: Intelligent Packaging Solutions Reach a New Level
Entering 2026, the global packaging machinery market is experiencing a period of rapid growth. Meanwhile, the widespread adoption of automated packaging lines and concepts like Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing have become industry standards. In this context, Huapack, with its forward-looking vision in smart manufacturing, will leverage its new production base to further drive technological innovation.
Over the years, Huapack has been committed to providing cost-effective packaging solutions to industry customers. Its 240ND horizontal dual-output form fill seal packaging machine performs excellently for special materials such as dialysis powder, nutritional powder, and polyethylene glycol, successfully serving the pharmaceutical and health & nutrition markets. Beyond hardware upgrades, the company will rely on its 6,000 sqm smart factory to further expand the seamless integration of IoT technology and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), interacting with modern factory intelligent management to meet the market’s widespread demand for flexible, digital, and high-performance sealing packaging.
Seizing the “15th Five-Year Plan” Industrial Opportunity, Building New Productive Forces in Che Dun, Songjiang
The new factory on Xiangche Road is also a key strategic move for Huapack to actively embrace the manufacturing upgrade during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. The newly operational 6,000 sqm operation center not only demonstrates the company’s deep focus on filling, sealing, and end-of-line robotic packaging segments but also creates a new model that combines a controllable, spacious “soft environment” with the “hard strength” of rigorous processing techniques and high-quality branded industrial control components.
Company founder Xiaohua Zhou, along with all employees, adheres to the principle of “Quality for survival, service for development.” They will further enhance the company’s competitiveness, striving to become a “trustworthy industry partner” in the intelligent packaging equipment field, while continuously creating value for all employees and society.
