- Packaging Speed: 20-50 packs per minute
- Applicable Weight: 10-8000g
- Three Recommended Types of Paging Machines:
- Material Characteristics (Thin, Soft, Slippery): If the bag surface is smooth, prone to static electricity or mutual adsorption and adhesion, adsorption-type or top-suction paging machines are recommended. This type of equipment can reliably suck bags one by one, effectively avoiding double or multiple sheets being separated at the same time. Although friction-type paging machines can be applied, they have higher requirements for the friction coefficient of the bag surface. For “thin, soft and slippery” materials, adsorption-type or top-suction should be preferred.
- Bag Structure (Irregular/With Attachments): First determine whether the bag is of regular shape. For bags with zippers, spouts, handles or buckles, as well as bags that cannot be placed flat, it is also recommended to prefer paging machines (adsorption-type or top-suction is better).
- Size Specifications (Too Large/Easy to Collapse): For bags that are too large and have insufficient support and are easy to collapse, it is recommended to use a paging machine. Specific length, width and thickness need to be provided so that the supplier can match the appropriate model.
- Features: Equipped with a special paging machine, which can automatically separate stacked premade pouches to ensure that only one bag is taken each time. It effectively avoids the problem of multiple bags sticking together, improving the operational stability of the equipment and the finished product rate.
6. Dual-Outlet Premade Pouch Packaging Machine

- Applicable Bag Types: Three-side seal/four-side seal, stand-up pouches, spout pouches, zipper pouches, special-shaped pouches, eight-side seal pouches
- Features: Adopts a dual-outlet (one-outlet-two) design. Compared with the standard model, the packaging speed is doubled, and two bags can be packaged at the same time, greatly improving production efficiency. Under the same output, the equipment layout is more compact, and the floor area is significantly reduced; at the same time, the number of equipment and operating personnel requirements are reduced, effectively saving labor costs, making it particularly suitable for enterprises with large-scale production.
Real Case: A large beverage enterprise in the United Kingdom produces 250ml angled spout stand-up pouches of fruit juice. They originally used two standard single-outlet premade pouch machines with a total speed of 80 packs per minute, requiring 4 operators. After switching to one Huapack 240DG dual-outlet premade pouch packaging machine, the speed reached 90 packs per minute, only requiring 2 operators. The enterprise saved 50% in labor costs, reduced the equipment floor area by 40%, and the annual production capacity increased by 12.5%.
7. Four-Outlet Premade Pouch Packaging Machine
